On Sunday 19th September our 15 runners will once again be pounding the miles out between Newcastle and South Shields to raise money for A.D.D.E.R.

We wish them all a good, fast and most importantly safe run.

If you would like to sponsor any of the runners please look on www.justgiving.com and search for A.D.D.E.R. you should then be shown the runners who have created fund raising pages on behalf of A.D.D.E.R.
