Councillor John Eagle took over as Mayor of Gateshead on 1st May 2009.

We are very pleased to let you all know that he has chosen A.D.D.E.R. as one of the three charities he wishes to support throughout his year in office.

This is fantastic news and will be a huge help in raising awareness of Dystonia which as you all know is A.D.D.E.R.'s main objective.

He has already agreed to attend our 10th Anniversary Celebrations in October.

He will have a busy year ahead of him but hopefully he can fit us in for other events too.
