Great North Run 2009

We have been successful in getting 15 places in the Great North Run for September 2009!!

This is excellent news especially after losing out on any places last year.

We already have the 15 places filled with volunteers keen enough and fit enough to run the half marathon with the intention of raising money and awareness for A.D.D.E.R.

In fact we currently have 16 people who would like to run for us, so one of them has volunteered to get their own place through the Great North Run ballot system and A.D.D.E.R. will of course reimburse them their entry fee out of any sponsorship money they raise.

If you or anyone you know would like to run the Great North Run for A.D.D.E.R. then if you too get your own place in the usual way then A.D.D.E.R. will be glad to reimburse you your entry fee out of any sponsorship money you raise.

In due course I will publish the names of the runners on the website and give you details of how you can support their efforts.
