Raising Money at the Top of Big Ben

Dave Brown and friends have recently climbed to the summit of Big Ben and in doing so, have raised approx. £800 for A.D.D.E.R. via a JustGiving page (online) and local sponsorship.

Well done Dave and friends. As A.D.D.E.R. is a small charity, we appreciate every penny raised.

Dave's wife, Eileen, has dystonia, which has various forms of affecting the body. In Eileen's case it is cervical spasmodic torticollis, which affects the muscles in her neck and causes spasms and twisting of the neck, which can be very painful and debilitating.

This condition severely limits what individuals can or cannot do, depending on how severe their symptoms are, as to how they cope in general.
